UniEntry 2013 Summer Internship

This year’s summer Internship ended on 6th September with the end of Scrum sprint 5 and the release of the new website into our cloud-hosted production environment. Our interns were rewarded for their outstanding effort this summer by being given a guided tour of London by helicopter – fortunately, nobody was sick!

School Collaboration

We want to thank the staff and sixth form students at Kingsway College and Deptford Green School who provided great feedback about the site as it was being developed over the summer. We are planning to visit them next term to explain how we built and tested the website as part of the STEMNET ambassador programme.

Having received their DBS Certificates, Will and Clement have become STEMNET ambassadors. We look forward to engaging with schools in the London area over the coming year to promote the STEM subjects we are so passionate about. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit to your school.

User Groups

UniEntry Team is grateful for the help and input of WestKing students testing every new release of our website.

Visiting Schools

We had the pleasure of meeting Career Officers from Westminster Kingsway College and Deptford Green School. This enabled us to gather the necessary information for developing UniEntry into a useful tool.

Big Bang at Westminster Kingsway College

On the 3rd of July, we took part in the Big Bang event at Westminster Kingsway College, where we had the chance to engage with sixth formers, teachers, academic advisors, and many interesting organisations.
